개인정보처리방침 (한국어)

Swipple(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 존중하며, 다음과 같이 처리 방침을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보: 없음
앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
- 계정·회원가입이 없습니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 정보 등 어떠한 개인 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
- 사용 통계, 분석 데이터, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 앱에는 서버가 없으며, 네트워크로 어떠한 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다.
2. 사진의 처리
- 앱은 사진 정리를 위해 사용자 기기의 사진 보관함을 읽고 표시합니다.
- 사진 삭제는 사용자가 휴지통을 비울 때만, iOS 시스템 확인 대화상자를 거쳐 실행됩니다.
- 삭제된 사진은 iOS 사진 앱의 "최근 삭제된 항목"에 30일간 보관되어 복구할 수 있습니다.
- 어떤 사진을 보관/삭제 대기로 분류했는지에 대한 기록은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
- 모든 처리는 기기 내에서만 이루어지며, 사진이나 기록이 외부로 전송되거나 개발자를 포함한 제3자에게 공유되는 일은 없습니다.
3. 권한 사용
앱은 다음 권한만을 사용하며, 명시된 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

처리 방침이 변경되는 경우(예: 광고 기능 도입) 이 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 시행일을 갱신합니다.

This policy describes how Swipple ("the app") handles your information.
1. Data We Collect: None
The app does not collect any personal information.
- There are no accounts or sign-ups.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information.
- We do not collect usage statistics, analytics, or advertising identifiers.
- The app has no server and transmits no data over the network.
2. Photos
- The app reads and displays your device's photo library so you can sort your photos.
- Photos are deleted only when you empty the app's trash, and only after you confirm the iOS system dialog.
- Deleted photos remain in the iOS Photos app's "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days and can be recovered.
- Your keep/delete decisions are stored only on your device.
- All processing happens on-device. Your photos and records are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone, including the developer.
3. Permissions
The app uses only the following permission, solely for the stated purpose.
