This policy describes how Swipple ("the app") handles your information.
1. Data We Collect: None
The app does not collect any personal information.
- There are no accounts or sign-ups.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information.
- We do not collect usage statistics, analytics, or advertising identifiers.
- The app has no server and transmits no data over the network.
2. Photos
- The app reads and displays your device's photo library so you can sort your photos.
- Photos are deleted only when you empty the app's trash, and only after you confirm the iOS system dialog.
- Deleted photos remain in the iOS Photos app's "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days and can be recovered.
- Your keep/delete decisions are stored only on your device.
- All processing happens on-device. Your photos and records are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone, including the developer.
3. Permissions
The app uses only the following permission, solely for the stated purpose.

4. Third Parties: None
Since no data is collected, there is no sharing with or processing by third parties. The app contains no third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, etc.).
5. Children's Privacy
The app collects no information from anyone, regardless of age.
6. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes (e.g., if ads are introduced), we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
